When reporting a bug it helps to say which game, what you were doing, and which device and browser you were using (for example "Pool, Android phone, Chrome").

A problem with another player

You can mute or block anyone straight away from their name in the lobby or in a game. If something serious happened, email us and tell us what happened and when.

The site doesn't look right after an update?

Reload the page with Ctrl + F5 (or Cmd + Shift + R on a Mac). On a phone, close the site's tab and open it again.
